General builders - We are looking for experienced general builders however, training will be provided if required for all new employees who join our team full time.

As a general builder you will have the opportunity to progress into project management roles.

Our general builders are required to work across the West Midlands performing different tasks on both residential and commercial properties. This can range from minor home repairs to full residential and commercial refurbishments. We are looking for all-round tradesmen with a proven track record of performing tasks in the building trade to a great standard. 

What's expected from the general builder;

• Complete property renovations.
• Report works completed accurately
• Collect materials required for jobs
• Organized and able to work to deadlines
• Proactive can do attitude and the ability to problem solve
• Trustworthy
• Ability to prioritize and fulfil work load
• Multi skilled tradesperson with experience in a wide range of property refurbishment and maintenance tasks
• Must be able to finish all works to a high quality finish

General builder- Must haves

• Clean driving license and own transport Preferred
• Ideally have own Tools although tools will be provided for certain projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £26,000.00 per year dependent on experience.
